Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with Salt & Light Co.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Preorders & Launch Items

Some products may be available for preorder before launch. If you purchase a preorder item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page. Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items are available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at contact@saltnlightco.co. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
